What Folks Are Saying About The FIRST Winnipeg Punk Rock Flea Market

It was a wonderful time! It was clear a lot of love and intention went into creating this market between the posts before it, the choice or vendors, having Nalaxone training available, putting a coffee place at the beginning, etc. The market came across as meticulously planned. It was lovely to see how many unique vendors there were and to talk to people.

I love how safe I felt as a queer person

AMAZING!!
super accessible as a disabled autistic punk. plus didnt feel worried about discrimination or smth. amazing vendors. brought my little sister who also loved it, family friendly without being boring lol

Overall experience was fantastic! For the first market WPRFM has ever held, it was damn near flawless. Usually get overstimulated in crowds and smaller spaces but the vibe and the floor layout definitely made it easier to navigate.

This market blew the others out of the water because of its vibe.
It was badass without people being a$$holes.
I loved how friendly and unpretentious the vendors and people were.

The organization was incredible and I felt very well taken care of. Having tables and chairs provided, as well as having water and snacks on offer from volunteers was a detail that goes above and beyond any expectations as a vendor. It was the first market I have ever been a part of that made me feel like I was part of a true community.

This market was extremely well run considering the unexpected volume of people! It was such a lovely positive environment even when packed; I had a great time!
